I’m an active property investor and developer based in Edinburgh, working across acquisitions, refurbishments, HMOs, flips, commercial assets and ground-up developments. Since acquiring my first investment property in 2020, I’ve built experience across multiple investment strategies through active project execution, off-market acquisitions and structured refurbishments throughout Edinburgh. Projects have been undertaken across personal investments and associated property SPV structures, with experience spanning BRRR, HMO, refurbishment and development projects generating multi-million-pound end values and significant rental income growth. My background is in Construction Project Management (BA Hons, Heriot-Watt University), which underpins a practical, execution-focused approach to investing — focused on systems, procurement, project delivery and long-term value creation rather than theory alone. Today, I work with a limited number of advisory clients, helping them source, analyse and execute property projects with access to the same operational thinking, frameworks and professional network used across my own projects.

Approach
My approach is centred around disciplined acquisitions, structured execution and long-term value creation.
Every project is assessed commercially — from acquisition and refurbishment strategy through to procurement, operational efficiency and exit planning — with a strong focus on reducing unnecessary risk and improving execution quality.
I work with a limited number of investors and developers who value practical, commercially grounded input based on active project experience rather than theory alone.
If you are serious about property investment or development, the first step is a strategy session.
