Tier 2 — Feasibility & Implementation Advisory (£2,500)
A structured short-term advisory engagement designed for investors progressing an acquisition, refurbishment, HMO or development project.
Tier 2 is focused on helping clients properly assess opportunities, structure projects correctly and improve execution quality through practical frameworks, systems and strategic input.
Includes:
4 advisory sessions conducted over a 1-month period
Microsoft Teams sessions up to 1 hour each
Project feasibility and investment analysis
Refurbishment and layout guidance
Acquisition and strategy review
Access to EPC frameworks, templates and implementation resources
WhatsApp support for project-specific questions during the advisory period
Limited deal and opportunity review

This engagement is designed as a focused implementation and feasibility process rather than ongoing mentorship or project management.

An embedded advisory and operational collaboration service for active investors and developers undertaking refurbishment, HMO or development projects.
Tier 3 provides ongoing strategic input, procurement guidance, operational frameworks and collaboration throughout active projects.
This service is limited to a small number of clients.
Includes:
Ongoing strategic advisory support
Scheduled advisory sessions via Microsoft Teams where required
Priority WhatsApp communication during business hours
Collaboration alongside project management and operational teams
Procurement and refurbishment guidance
Access to EPC operational systems, frameworks and implementation resources
Supplier and trade procurement guidance
Design, layout and material specification input
Strategic oversight across acquisitions, refurbishments and project execution
Access to selected professional and trade contacts where appropriate
